YOUR ROLE
Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand business needs, develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
Manage employee relations, handle employee complaints and disputes, ensure a harmonious working environment.
Drive organizational change and development, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support business growth.
Utilize HR data and analytics tools to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Lead and participate in various HR projects, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.
Ensure that the people strategy is executed at plants and sites level, matching Group business needs with local peculiarities (laws and union agreements, site specificities, cultural approach), supported by Local Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
Act as the primary point of contact for business managers and employees, consulting CoEs on HR-related issues (e.g., onboarding, evaluation committees, salary reviews, etc.).
Experience in working with key business leaders and stakeholders; managing relationships effectively and ensuring stakeholder buy-in for initiatives and processes.
Maintain and improve relationships with external parties, including unions and regulatory bodies.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Over 5 years of HR work experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role. Experience in large enterprises or multinational companies is preferred.
In-depth understanding of HR functions (recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, etc.) processes and best practices.
Familiarity with national and local labor laws and regulations, with the ability to handle labor disputes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish good working relationships at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making sound decisions in complex environments.
Project management skills, able to independently drive project implementation.
Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to use English for daily work communication.
Proficient in MS Office software, experience with HR information systems (such as SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
