YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an ambitious young professional who’s willing to join our new HR Team dedicated to data, analytics and reporting to:
- Design data flows according to business and HR reporting requirements;
- Implement data ingestion pipelines to import data from different sources;
- Implement data transformation workflows to ensure data quality, to normalize and standardize data, to aggregate it;
- Write SQL queries and develop complex data analysis to transform data into actionable insights;
- Develop customized visualizations using PowerBI according to HR and business requests;
- Support building business driven forecasting models for Strategic Workforce Planning
- Perform data analysis on specific topics;
- Implement data validation processes, uphold data quality control standards, devise testing strategies, and formulate test plans;
- Collect requirements from different stakeholders coming from ST locations worldwide;
- Fix, troubleshoot and solve bugs and issues.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- You ideally hold a degree in a quantitative field (CS, Engineer, Math, Physics, … )
- Experience building, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines;
- Experience developing ETL/ELT process, performing data manipulation and data analysis;
- Knowledge of PowerBI;
- Knowledge of SQL and Python;
- Native Italian and fluent English speaking;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Proactivity and listening attitude towards different stakeholders;
- Passion for innovation, digitalization and information technology
- English business proficiency
- HR or Finance background is a plus
