Job Scope:

• Benchmarking and Process Development: Responsible for new equipment benchmarking, process development, technical strategies, and technical roadmaps at the Central Backend Manufacturing & Technology (BEM&T) function.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and recommend solutions for the development and design of equipment to maximize overall equipment effectiveness.
• Standardization: Harmonize and standardize manufacturing equipment and solutions across all BEM&T sites worldwide.
• Coordination and Communication: Maintain a strong coordination and communication network with both local and overseas back-end manufacturing sites.
• Supplier Collaboration: Partner with suppliers and subcontractors on new equipment projects, including commissioning and installation.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: More than 3 years of experience in Mold, Oven, Safety, or AXI Equipment Engineering.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge and expertise in mold equipment, mold simulation, and mold chase design rules.
• Procurement and Safety: Ability to create centralized technical equipment procurement and safety specifications.
• Communication Skills: Able to express ideas clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and AutoCAD applications.
• Problem-Solving: Solid experience in problem-solving techniques and methodologies.
• Personal Attributes: Requires creativity and assertiveness.
