Job Description:
The role will involve product development and the utilization of roller bearings, sleeve bearings, and hydraulic bearings.
You will have professional interactions with customers.
You will evaluate power transmission components and identify potential applications for creating new product groups.
You will write clear and accurate technical descriptions for product sales.
Key Abilities:
A strong foundation in mechanical engineering or an applied engineering role is required. You must understand technical requirements and loading parameters.
You should have a deep understanding of standard mechanical power transmission components and their applications.
Excellent written communication skills are essential, as you will be creating product literature for a range of users.
You need to be proficient in using, reading, and evaluating 2D drawings and 3D part models using Solidworks or Fusion-360.
Key Terms:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, along with 2-5 years of experience in product development or mechanical engineering in a manufacturing environment.
Daytime business hours (M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST).
