Job Description

Become part of our team and take over the management of cross-functional and interdisciplinary project teams. You will work in the international sales department and ensure that Product Global Hiring generates further growth initiatives with your project planning.

Your tasks

• Independent management of challenging and strategically important projects for the "International Sales" division with the development and implementation of growth initiatives 
• Implementing concepts and tools for project planning, reporting and performance and forecast management 
• Management of cross-functional and interdisciplinary project teams as well as overarching coordination with international stakeholders
• Continuously increasing efficiency by applying our extensive methodological and project management expertise 
• Target group-orientated preparation of project content for both top management and operational teams)

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in business administration or comparable qualification 
• Several years of professional experience in (partial) project management, change management or management consulting, ideally in the context of sales projects or units 
• You are very good at working with abstract concepts, understanding processes and difficult issues and developing solutions for them 
• You have very good presentation and communication skills with colleagues at all levels of the organisation 
• Very good MS Office skills, English at C2 level
