To achieve our mission, we are currently looking for a Global Sales Development & Project Manager (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf. As part of the International Sales team, you will manage cross-functional and interdisciplinary project teams and drive further growth initiatives with your project planning.

Job Description

  • Independent management of challenging and strategically important projects for the “International Sales” area
  • Development and implementation of growth initiatives
  • Implementation of concepts and tools for project planning, reporting, and performance and forecast management
  • Management of cross-functional and interdisciplinary project teams as well as overall coordination and alignment with international stakeholders
  • Continuous efficiency improvement using comprehensive methodological and project management expertise
  • Targeted preparation of project content for both top management and operational teams

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in (partial) project management, change management, or management consulting, ideally in the context of sales projects or units
  • Strong ability to work with abstract concepts, understand processes and complex issues, and develop solutions for them
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Solution-oriented thinking, intrinsic motivation, and proactive engagement with stakeholders
  • Excellent MS Office skills, English at C2 level
