As we continue to grow our Digital Media team, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who can do more than build outstanding campaigns; we’re looking for someone who can instill a sense of internal pride and excitement about our digital marketing initiatives.
The Digital Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing robust, data-driven media strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate has a keen understanding of social platforms, trends, and algorithms, combined with a passion for visual storytelling. You’ll lead end-to-end campaign management, communicate directly with clients, and adapt strategies as the digital landscape evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns—both organic and paid—ensuring that all relevant KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Digital Media Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of social platforms, industry trends, and algorithm changes to develop high-impact strategies tailored for each client’s unique objectives.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging, on-brand social media assets including graphics, videos, and copy that resonate with target audiences.
- Creativity: Generate original, compelling concepts for employer branding and thought leadership campaigns that set clients apart in the market.
- Communication: Present ideas, updates, and results with clarity, ensuring both internal teams and clients understand campaign objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
- Adaptability: Continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics, feedback, and emerging trends to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Strategy Development: Craft comprehensive, multi-channel social media plans aligned with clients’ brand identities and marketing goals, spanning content strategy, audience engagement, and growth tactics.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for client communications within the field of Digital campaigns—pitching innovative social media solutions, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction together with the Client team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign management, ideally within an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific nuances (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google ads etc.) and paid advertising best practices.
- Highly adaptable, able to pivot strategies quickly in response to evolving market conditions and client needs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and design aesthetics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
