Job Description

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for shaping and implementing internal CI/CD Platform.

Working in the Tech Platform department you will:

• improve developer experience by delivering a reliable and scalable CI/CD Platform
• learn from other DevOps Engineers in our team, with extensive seniority proven by certifications
• extend you knowledge about AWS, Terraform, Ansible and others to help automate our work and make us more efficient

Your responsibilities:

• Incident Response & Support: Providing timely production incident support related to CI/CD Platform  across the entire Stepstone EMEA.
• Security & Compliance: Participating in security audits to ensure compliance and platform integrity.
• Developer Enablement: Assisting in onboarding applications onto the global platform, which requires ongoing collaboration.
• Platform Engineering & Standardization: Leading efforts in designing and delivering a standardized and cost-efficient Global Platform.
• Infrastructure Automation & Scalability:
  • Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions with Terraform and Ansible to ensure scalability.
  • Implementing Scipts in Bash and Python to ensure automation.
  • Managing AWS cloud infrastructure efficiently to support business needs.

Qualifications

Your skills and qualifications:

• Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in AWS services for scalable infrastructure management.
• CI/CD Stack: Expertise in Bamboo for managing application and microservice deployments.
• Container Orchestration: Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for managing containerized workloads.
• Automation & Scripting:
  • Infrastructure automation with Ansible and Terraform.
  • Scripting in Bash and Python for workflow automation.
  • Linux Systems: In-depth understanding of Linux environments, essential for optimizing infrastructure performance.
