Job Description

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing data workflows to drive insights and decision-making in marketing and business operations.

Working in the Marketing Data Engineering department, you will develop scalable data pipelines, enhance data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact data solutions.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities

• Design, create, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to support our data landscape.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare datasets for decision-making, focusing on data modeling, migration, and optimization.
• Proactively assess and ensure data quality by leveraging modern tools and techniques.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and metadata for accessible datasets.
• Work with APIs (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta) to integrate marketing data into our pipelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (e.g., Microsoft SQL, AWS Redshift, or PostgreSQL).
• Strong Python skills, including experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, PySpark).
• Solid understanding of data modeling and modern data environments like data warehouses or data lakes (dbt skills are ideal).
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Dagster) and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
