As an Client Project Manager, you will work with local and multinational organizations to drive talent engagement and employer branding project success.
Job Description
- Lead projects that conclude strategic development and implementation of Employer Value Propositions (EVPs) that align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate the utilization of data-driven insights, including Universum data, to inform and refine employer branding strategies.
- Collaborate closely with clients and strategists to ensure seamless execution and alignment of branding initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions together with consultants to tailor employer brand strategies to unique client needs.
Qualifications
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software for effective project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Financial Management: Ability to manage project budgets, forecast costs, and optimize resources to ensure project profitability and contribute to the financial targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and implementing strategies for upselling to drive additional revenue.
- Collaboration: Foster collaboration and motivate team members toward achieving project objectives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions, team collaboration, and presentation of project updates.
