Analyze user requirements for features and functionality to be delivered through various types of reporting medis (dashboards, reports, portal).
Develop, test and implement efficient analytical toolsets that meets users requirements by leveraging WebFOCUS version 7/8.
Resolve support tickets related to WebFOCUS development applications.
Serve as a technical and functional subject matter expert for the WebFOCUS version 8 analytical applications developed through it.
