Skill Software: Java & Related
Technology WebSphere
Technical Skills:
Hands-on development experience with Core Java, J2EE, Web Services, IBM WebSphere, WSAD, Oracle, Tomcat, MS SQL Server
JSON, XML, Maven, Struts, Spring Framework, Oracle
Non-Technical Skills:
Experience leading teams of experienced developers
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to deliver constructive feedback and the ability to lead by example
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Experience interfacing with internal and external customers
Desired Skills:
Experience RESTful Services, Rational Software Architect (RSA), WS-Security
