Duration: 6 months
JOB SUMMARY
- Serve as lead for infrastructure requirement analysis and design to meet application and performance needs.
- Review high level design issues relating to platform, enterprise software, and interactions and provide recommendation for optimal performance.
- Work closely with development team to coordinate infrastructure changes and support enterprise technology initiatives.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- experiences in infrastructure requirement analysis/design , capacity planning and application performance tuning.
- experience in managing infrastructure/applications using Oracle RDBMS, Unix, TIBCO, Informatica , Abinitio ETL (Informatica preferred), Netezza , Informatica MDM.
- Good working knowledge on Unix shell scripting and scheduling software such as AutoSys is required
- Good understanding on technologies like Unix OS, SAN, NAS, NFS, Networking
- Strong ability to understand and represent high level technical capabilities.
- Experience in release management as per the Agile.
- Experience in design, build and configuration of infrastructure, database and various tools such as TIBCO BW, Informatica etc. for large initiatives in warehousing including Sourcing/Staging, ODS, DW, Marts..
- Expertise in application performance issue monitoring and resolution.
- Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written. Including ability to work with all management levels.
- Ability to share technical knowledge and clearly communicate and present technical concepts.
- Must have solid team-building skills, and possess a positive attitude.
- Must have high integrity and accountability, willing to do what it takes to make the team successful.
- Must have proven ability to manage priorities and timelines.
- Must be extremely responsive, able to work under pressure in crisis with a strong sense of urgency.
- Responsible, conscientious, organized, self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
