Job Description

Are you passionate about engineering and eager to work in an international team on sustainable, innovative and technically complex building projects? We are currently seeking a MEP Design Engineer – Fire Protection Systems to join our growing team of experts in Thessaloniki. In this role, you will develop efficient fire protection solutions and support the successful delivery of our projects.

• Design and develop 2D and 3D fire protection system layouts using CAD and BIM tools
• Perform hydraulic calculations and technical assessments for automatic fire protection systems
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, engineering drawings and project deliverables
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on standards, regulations, and project requirements
• Continuously develop technical expertise through internal training, and review relevant industry standards
• Contribute to internal design guidelines, technical procedures, and best-practice documents for fire protection engineering
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant practical experience in technical drawing and 3D modelling
• Up to 3 years of experience in the design of fire protections systems of other MEP building services systems
• Knowledge of model-based design processes and proficiency in CAD and BIM tools, ideally Revit or MEP CAD software
• Understanding of mechanical engineering principles and building services systems
• Enthusiastic learner, with a well-organized, quality- conscious and team-oriented working style
• Excellent Greek and English language skills; German language skills are a plus
