Job Description

Are you passionate about shaping the future of data-driven industrial projects? Do you enjoy developing innovative automation and AI solutions that unlock potential along the entire value chain? We are currently seeking an AI Engineer to join our growing team in Thessaloniki, Greece.

• Design, build and operate AI and automation workflows, from concept to scalable use
• Create data pipelines and integrate diverse systems and data sources
• Develop RAG/ Agentic AI solutions
• Build and maintain API, MCP, A2A, and workflow integrations, leveraging platforms such as n8n
• Develop Solutions using Python, SQL/ NoSQL and vector databases
• Establish and, support a Power User community through training, coaching, and technical support
  

Qualifications

• A degree in computer science, mathematics, a natural science, civil engineering or a comparable field
• Sound knowledge of data engineering, data science and machine learning as well as experience in the design and implementation of modern AI solution architectures (e.g. RAG and Agentic RAG systems)
• Very good Python skills, especially with Pandas, NumPy and scikit-learn, as well as experience with modern AI and LLM frameworks such as LangChain, PydanticAI or AWS Strands
• Confident handling of SQL, NoSQL and vector databases, such as PostgreSQL, Neo4j and Qdrant
• Experience in connecting APIs and modern agent protocols such as REST, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, MCP and A2A; initial experience with workflow platforms such as n8n is desirable
• A pragmatic, structured, and results-oriented professional who drives effective solutions and thrives in a small, agile team
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
