• Develop and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc reports tracking key business and operational metrics.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from internal systems, databases, and other business resources to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases.

• Monitor data quality and perform validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reporting sources.

• Partner with business, operations, technology, finance, HR, and other teams to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into meaningful analysis, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and improve analytical processes and efficiencies while supporting forecasting, capacity planning, performance measurement, and other strategic business initiatives.

• Present analytical findings, actionable insights, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, and maintain supporting data documentation, definitions, reporting processes, and standard operating procedures.

• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.

• Eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship is required for this position under applicable federal contract requirements. Candidates must also be able to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for the role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operations analytics, or a related analytical role.

• Strong SQL skills with experience querying, analyzing, and working with large relational datasets.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data manipulation, and analysis, with experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify trends, inconsistencies, and actionable insights.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Python, R, Power Query, or other data analysis and automation tools.

• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, data warehouse concepts, and cloud-based data platforms or enterprise reporting environments.

• Experience automating recurring reports and analytical workflows, including using data analysis to identify and support process improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with data visualization best practices, data storytelling, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional project environments.
