Position Summary 

We are seeking a highly motivated Agent Coding Engineer with a passion for AI-driven software development and Agentic systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, strong software engineering fundamentals, and expertise in Python development. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing agent-based solutions that leverage LLMs, tools, workflows, and enterprise integrations to solve complex business problems. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agent applications and agentic workflows. 

• Build and integrate intelligent agents using modern Agent frameworks, tools, and orchestration platforms. 

• Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions. 

• Develop and optimize agent capabilities including planning, tool usage, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration. 

• Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud services. 

• Create reusable components, frameworks, and best practices for Agent development. 

• Troubleshoot, monitor, and enhance the performance, reliability, and security of agent-based applications. 

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions. 

• Stay current with advancements in LLMs, Agent technologies, and AI engineering practices. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 

• 3+ years of professional software development experience. 

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI Agents or Agentic applications. 

• Good understanding of Agent Harness concepts, architecture, and development practices. 

• Expert-level proficiency in Python. 

• Working knowledge of Java. 

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services and AI offerings. 

• Strong experience with Docker, containerized application deployment, and Linux environments. 

• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. 

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices. 

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies. 

• Experience building multi-agent systems and AI orchestration workflows. 

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and AI evaluation techniques. 

• Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments. 

• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes is a plus.
