We’re seeking a Traffic, Tolling, and Revenue Project Manager to join our close-knit team of 50+ professionals known for our collaborative spirit and strong relationships—both internally and with our clients. We foster a culture built on flexibility, accountability, and camaraderie, and we take pride in the supportive, engaging environment we’ve cultivated.
This position is part of our national team, with team members based in Denver, Portland, and New York City. Candidates in these locations are preferred, though other U.S. Stantec office locations will be considered. And at Stantec, we value a hybrid work environment that combines in-person collaboration with remote flexibility.
Your Opportunity
As a key member of our team, you’ll lead and support a variety of transportation projects that make a real impact. Some of your responsibilities may include:
- Lead transportation and revenue forecasting studies for toll roads / managed lanes.
- Coordinate team of experts in data analytics, traffic operations analysis and traffic engineering, and travel demand modeling,
- Serve as Project Manager on transportation studies including facilitating relationships with clients, estimating and writing scopes of work, leading teams of professionals to deliver work within budget and schedules, and managing project controls such as financials, safety, and resources.
- Actively participate and lead business development opportunities including contributing to written proposal efforts, client interviews, and representing the organization at professional conferences.
- Participate in hiring, mentoring, and developing staff.
