Engineering Intern - Energy & Resources (Summer 2027)

Stantec's Energy practice has an opportunity for highly motivated Engineering Student Interns to join our team in Southern California to work on power delivery projects. This is a great opportunity to work with industry leading professionals in your field of study.
Candidates should be highly motivated and dependable students who are taking or have taken applicable mechanical engineering courses. This is a terrific opportunity for a college student to make impactful contributions to relevant projects, learn about the power delivery and consulting engineering industries, and earn a competitive wage!
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for a variety of design projects, coordination with other engineering disciplines and CAD designers.
- Responsibilities will include drawing production (CAD drafting, sketches, etc.), review of design calculations and report preparation, product research and outreach, occasional site visits, and various project-related tasks.
