The Job:  

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within a program to ensure they align with the organization's strategic objectives, directing the project activities of the various functions involved. Projects are defined and directed by the SEF Management team functional leads in line with business requirements. This role involves managing resources, budgets, and timelines, as well as ensuring effective communication among required stakeholders.

You’ll get to:

  • Develop and manage global program plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables for Asia region including India, ASEAN, China, Japan. 
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects to ensure they align with program goals. 
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. 
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. 
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders. 
  • Conduct regular program reviews and provide status updates to senior management. 
  • Ensure that program outcomes meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. 
  • Lead and mentor project managers and team members to achieve program objectives. 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program.

You also have: 

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role, managing complex projects or programs. 
  • Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies and tools. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. 
  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis. 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field. 
  • 7-10 yrs of professional experience in program management.
  • A recognized project or programme management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, MSP) is highly desirable. 
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools. 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments. 
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
