Job Description

To perform various tasks and activities, including supporting the management and maintenance of IT systems at Standard Bank. Help ensure systems are stable, secure, and operate smoothly by monitoring, resolving issues, applying updates, and assisting with the deployment of new solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system performance and ensure high availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science or related.
• Project management experience is advantageous

Experience

• 5-7 years of which 1-2 years should have been in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience in managing different systems, including tasks like setup, configuration, and maintenance. Ability to monitor system performance and take steps to optimise efficiency. Experience supporting data backup and recovery processes to ensure data protection.
