Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions that meet business and functional requirements Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop programming code to deliver solutions Develop and execute automated testing frameworks to ensure solution quality and reliability Apply disciplined engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement Document code, processes, and technical solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree 

Experience Required: 

2-3 years

Exposure to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with hands-on coding experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing programming code to deliver solutions

• Exposure to automation implementations, including experience with automation tools, workflow tools, scripting, CI/CD-linked automation, or test automation frameworks
• Exposure to AI implementations, including experience with AI implementation, prompt engineering, orchestration flows, or AI-assisted workflow use cases (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing automated testing frameworks 
• Knowledge of disciplined engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle 
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
