We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer III (Senior Environmental Engineer) to join our team!
The Engineer III (Senior Environmental Engineer) provides senior-level technical expertise and leadership in support of environmental engineering task and support programs. This role supports mission-critical activities in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), including responsibilities outlined in Section 3.6.1, and ensures compliance with applicable federal environmental laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide senior technical expertise for environmental engineering initiatives and programs
· Support and execute tasks in accordance with SOW Section 3.6.1 requirements
· Ensure all work complies with federal environmental laws, regulations, and policies
· Develop, review, and provide technical input for environmental documentation, reports, and analyses
· Support environmental planning, assessments, and compliance efforts
· Advise program leadership on environmental risk, mitigation strategies, and regulatory considerations
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, government stakeholders, and contractors
Required Qualifications
· Minimum of 15 years of related engineering experience, specifically supporting environmental engineering task and support programs
· Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering, scientific, or technical discipline
· Demonstrated experience with federal environmental laws and regulations
· Active SECRET security clearance (required)
· Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
