How You Will Make an Impact

• Develops and executes product strategy, messaging, and launch of products and solutions that support the company's overall strategy and goals.

• Has a strong understanding of customers' needs, the competitive environment-including our position in relation to competitors-, and the market forces required to launch a successful product solution.

• Analyzes market opportunity, anticipates industry direction, evaluates the feasibility and financial justification for new products and/or new releases of existing products, and identifies requirements for future and current products in the context of the company's strengths and capabilities, technologies, quality, costs, customer interactions, and marketplace demands.

• Defines target prospects and assists sales in lead generation.

• Oversees the product life cycle from conception through retirement.

• Works closely with functional teams, including technical architecture and development teams, to ensure that appropriate processes are being adhered to in order to meet financial, timing, and customer expectations.

• Possesses knowledge of overall product development processes and marketing strategy and has analysis/project management mindsets to thrive in a demanding environment.

• professional leading medium to large projects or working on complex or high-profile issues that require a broad perspective, conceptual thinking, and in-depth analysis to identify solutions. 

• May also lead a process or function without direct reports. Demonstrates a depth and breadth of expertise within a discipline, and has a deep understanding of the business, financials, products/services, or market.

• Develops policies and procedures and recommends best practices.

• Advises and provides direction to more junior professionals.

Required Experience

• 4 years of experience in technical product management 

• 4 years of experience in IDP and/or Content Automation

• Minimally requires a Master's degree and 4 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience, or high school degree and 8 years of related experience.
