Hi, we have a Sr .Net Developer role with our direct client in Uniondale, NY.  

Role: .Net Architect/Lead Developer

Location: Union Dale, NY

Type: Permanent_ Full Time And Long Term _available

Position Description: We are looking for experienced .Net Developers to work with our advanced product development group. Selected candidates will be responsible for systems design, development, maintenance and technical support of IT applications and will be trained in EDI and other industry centric technologies. 

Position Requirements: At least 10 years of .Net experience and experience in the following areas: Enterprise .Net application architecture design and developmentusing vb.net/C#SQL Server 2008 and aboveProficiency with Telerik Third Party controlDatabase technologies (ADO.Net, Entity Framework)Web Technologies (Web forms, MVC, WCF, WebAPI, HTML, JavaScript)Reporting Tools (Crystal Reports, SSRS)Utilize Established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to Visual Studio, asp.net, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and C#/vb.netCreate and deliver data-driven reportsDesign, cod and test new Windows and web software applicationsEnhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and indentifying areas for modification and improvementMaintain existing software systems by indentifying and correcting software defectsInvestigate and develop skills in new technologiesCreate technical specifications and test plansCreate new and extend existing operational documentationConsult closely with management and occasionally agency staff related to projects and tasksConsult colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software systemsImplement new softwareExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to work with senior management, team members and outside consultantsThe ability to work independently as well as within a team environmentStrong analytical skillsHigh energy, self-motivated individual with the ability to take leadership and responsibility.
