TECHNICAL COMPETNCIES, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

· 2-3 years hands on technical experience on Symantec NetBackup Solutions.

· Aware of Symantec NetBackup principles and latest technologies

· Experience on NetBackup below features

§ Policy configurations

§ Storage configuration

§ Retentions and scheduling configuration

§ NDMP backup for EMC VNX Storage boxes

§ SLP Configurations for replication & duplication

· Experience on handling the backup devices like tape library and EMC Data domain

· EMC DD VTL configuration & Fabric Switches (Brocade /CISCO) Configuration.

· Basic knowledge in Storage technologies (NAS & SAN)

· Ready to work in shifts

· Basic server operating systems knowledge –Windows 2K8 ,2K12 and RHEL LINUX

· NetBackup Certified in the latest version of NetBackup solutions.

· Able to clear and effective communications between and across the teams.
