Detailed JD 

Senior QA Eng or Lead(Automation)

 • Working with developers at all stages to promote quality

• Producing test plans and ensuring they are followed

• Automating tests where appropriate

• Producing and prioritizing bug reports

• Reproducing bug reports from the field and writing clear steps to reproduce

• Verifying the load, scalability, and performance requirements have been met

• Working with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis

· 6+ years experience in a Quality Assurance

· Experience with web-based database application testing preferred

· Knowledge of testing REST and WCF Services desired

· Experience with MySQL, SQL Server needed - Basic SQL skills a must

· Excellent communication skills required to document and report on defects and other software issues

· Strong problem-solving ability

· Understanding of software engineering and web development

· Bachelor's degree is required, with emphasis Computer Science.
