Job Description

Required Skills:

• Engineering in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience

• 3-5 years minimum Web programming experience, including Angular JS, HTML5, CSS3, JSP, CGI/Perl/Shell scripting

• 2-4 years in Cloud Development (AWS, Opent Stack, Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and developing cloud native applications

• 2-4 years minimum core Java experience with RESTFul Webservices, JAXB/XMLBeans, Maven, web services clients

• 2-4 years minimum experience with HTML/XHTML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and CSS

• 2 year minimum experience working with No SQL (Cassandra and/or Mongo) and relational database systems such as Oracle and an excellent working knowledge SQL query construction and optimization

• 2 year minimum experience working with TomEE/IBM Websphere 8.x, Tomcat and web server and deployment configurations

• Development experience using extensible web authoring tools

• Superior analytical and problem resolution skills.

• Effective communication skills.

 Additional Skills (nice to have):

• SIP, CVP, Geotel, Avaya Dialers

• Nuance Grammar

• Network troubleshooting

• 2-4 years working experience on IVR applications and Platform.

• 2-4 years working experience in telephony/telecom industry.

• Hands on knowledge of Call center technology.
