Job Description

· Involved in analysis, design, development and support of the application.

· Migrated applications to the Aws cloud. Managed multiple instances, assigned security groups.

· Auto-scaled instances to design cost effective, fault tolerant and highly reliable systems.

· Built S3 buckets and managed policies for S3 buckets and used S3 bucket and glacier for storage and backup on

AWS.

· Experience involving configuration of S3 versioning and lifecycle policies and backup files and archive files.

· Experience working with the IAM to create new accounts, roles, and groups.

· Performed the automation using Chef Configuration Management.

· Well versed with many different concepts of a chef like Roles, Environments, Data Bags, knife, and chef server

Admin.

· Used postman tool for API testing.

· Participate and lead the analysis, development, testing and deploying of ETL functionality using the ETL tools (SSIS, Data Stage and Red Point). –y it need

· Develop SQL Server applications including DDL, DML, stored procedures and functions.

· Work on modernizing the ETL packages from older versions to the current versions.

· Design and develop the ETL functionality. Coordinate with Architecture team on the design components.

· Built Automation and Build Pipe Line Development using Jenkins and Maven. Set up build pipelines in Jenkins by using various plugins like Maven plugin, EC2 plugin etc.

· Setup/teardown of ELK stack (Elastic search, Logstash, Kibana) for OSS functional testing.

· Installed, configured and managed the ELK (Elastic Search, Log stash and Kibana) for Log management within EC2 / Elastic Load balancer for Elastic Search

· Worked with Log stash in order to visualize key Open stack environment log metrics on Kibana (ELK).

· Have built Elastic search, Log stash and Kibana (ELK) for centralized logging and then store logs and metrics into S3 bucket using Lambda function for more than 2 weeks

· Collection of Build metrics and its Test case metrics from Jenkins to show case as visualization in Kibana dashboard using ELK.

· Skilled in monitoring servers using Nagios, Data dog, Cloud watch and using ELK Stack Elastic Search Log stash.

· Dealt with errors in pom.xml file to obtain appropriate builds using Maven build tool.

· Set up Jenkins master and added the necessary plugins and adding more slaves to support scalability and agility.

· Managed Ansible Playbooks with Ansible roles. Used file module in Ansible playbook to copy and remove files on remote systems

· Implemented and designed AWS virtual servers by Ansible roles to ensure deployment of web applications.

· Customized Restful Web Service using Spring Restful API, sending JSON format data packets between front-end and middle-tier controller.
