As part of SQUER’s Software Transformation Unit, you’ll work directly with our clients to re-engineer their systems and shape the future of enterprise software – one .NET solution at a time. From backend logic to frontend architecture – you’ll shape impactful systems that deliver long-term value.

• Transformation Projects: Reinvent and modernise existing software systems through clean code, scalable architecture, and Microsoft-first technologies.
• Hands-on Engineering: Build fullstack solutions in .NET/C#, from backend logic to modern frontends, tailored to enterprise environments.
• Architecture & Integration: Design integration patterns using APIs, event-driven communication, and data synchronisation.
• Best Practices: Apply and advocate for software craftsmanship, testing, and DevOps principles across client projects.
• Technical Enablement: Share knowledge within teams and with customers – as a mentor, collaborator, and coach.
• Customer Collaboration: Work in agile teams alongside our clients and shape their technology landscape with your ideas.

• .NET Expertise: Proficient in C# and the Microsoft development ecosystem, with experience across backend and frontend components.
• Architecture Fundamentals: Understanding of event-driven architectures, API design, and data migration concepts.
• Infrastructure Understanding: Basic knowledge of containerisation, API gateways, and cloud infrastructure in Microsoft environments.
• Consulting Mindset: Clear communication, strong ownership, and a collaborative spirit when working with customers.
• Agile Delivery: Experience working in agile teams and contributing to iterative, feedback-driven development processes.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English
