To strengthen our SAP team, we’re looking for a Senior SAP Consultant with architect capabilities, with strong expertise in SAP ERP Logistics, SAP Invoice Management (VIM – OpenText) and SAP CPI.

Job Description

As a Senior SAP Consultant (Architect), you will support our enterprise clients in Belgium and play a key role in designing, improving, and integrating end-to-end SAP processes.

You will:

• Act as a senior consultant and solution architect within SAP ERP Logistics.

• Improve vendor invoice processes using SAP Invoice Management (VIM) by OpenText (including OCR).

• Design and support integrations via SAP CPI (interfaces, data flows, connectivity).

• Lead or support requirements gathering, challenge business needs, and translate them into robust solution designs.

• Contribute across the full lifecycle: blueprint → build → test → go-live → post go-live support.

• Engage with business stakeholders (including management) in a confident, professional manner.

• Support key users and deliver training when needed.

• Take ownership of quality: documentation, alignment, delivery, and continuous improvement.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing within SQLI.

Qualifications

Must-haves:

• Strong experience as an SAP consultant with SAP ERP Logistics modules expertise in at least one of these (MM/SD/WM/PP/PS/CS).

• Proven expertise with SAP Invoice Management (VIM) by OpenText (OCR experience is important).

• Experience with SAP CPI (or a strong integration background in SAP landscapes).

• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA (hands-on experience is a strong plus).

• Strong consulting skills:

  • requirements gathering & workshop facilitation

  • stakeholder management

  • customer-oriented mindset and clear communication

• Comfortable taking an architecture role: making choices and explaining them clearly.

• Languages: fluent professional English + French required. Dutch is a plus.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Ariba (integration).

• Experience with e-invoicing (e.g., PEPPOL, e-fattura).

• Experience with Solution Beyond Invoice.

• Agile/Scrum project exposure (PMI knowledge is a plus).
