About the Role
We are looking to hire a site reliability engineer (SRE) to build and maintain software that enables our customers to navigate our site quickly. The ideal candidate will provide skilled problem-solving measures that enable product expansion and improve the customer experience to accomplish company objectives. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient systems.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
- Develop and maintain automation tools for deployment, configuration, and orchestration.
- Manage and troubleshoot production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
- Continuously improve system reliability through performance tuning, capacity planning, and best practices adoption.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field.
- 8+ experience as a site reliability engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Go, or Ruby.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Solid understanding of networking and security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
