Job Description

Sportradar, the global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data and digital content, is seeking a Web Developer for one of our teams in Trondheim. The team is well established and experienced, with four of its members having been at the company for 10+ years.

You will be working on creating the next generation of web tools used to manage the live data for the biggest sports in the world, including soccer, tennis and basketball. These systems are a vital part of the infrastructure that provides sports data to millions of end-users all over the world. Most of the daily tasks involve working with React, Quarkus, Kafka, AI coding assistants and Gitlab CI/CD.

  • Professional Software development experience in web technologies
  • Passion for developing quality software - that will run 24/7 to deliver data about sports every day
  • Solid English communication skills
  • A problem-solving attitude, i.e. not just focused on writing code, but on tackling complex problems and determining how best to solve them
  • Willingness to practice Test Driven Development
  • Understanding of software architecture principles
  • Proactively identify improvement areas and propose changes with clear benefits to the team
  • Enjoy continuous learning
