We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer interested in sports and betting for the expansion of our Managed Trading Services. Join our dynamic MTS team being in charge of the design, development, and optimization of our cutting-edge Risk Management System for sports betting. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-critical system that validates betting tickets in near real-time, ensuring the integrity of millions of transactions across 300 brands, 170 bookmakers, and 40+ countries, with a user base exceeding 3.5 million. The quality of our solution is a fundamental driving force behind our success.

ABOUT THE TEAM:
We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of innovation in the sports betting industry. Our team is dedicated to developing SaaS solutions using a test-driven approach. Leveraging the power of AWS, we have created a scalable and robust infrastructure that enables us to process up to 1500 transactions per second. Our system continuously updates the state of betting markets up to an impressive 2000 times per second, providing a dynamic and responsive platform for our users.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Design and develop robust, reusable automated tests for back-end services.
• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts with a strong focus on application performance benchmarks and breakpoint tests.
• Review technical and business requirements to prepare detailed test plans.
• Analyze failed test scripts, troubleshoot issues, and report on testing activities.
• Maintain and evolve test environments and frameworks to meet current and future needs.
• Collaborate with product owners, tech leads, developers, and QA engineers to align with product team requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Create and maintain QA-related documentation to support product development and testing activities.
   

YOUR PROFILE:

• At least 3 years of experience in software application development or in automated and performance testing.
• Strong passion for both established and cutting-edge technologies.
• Proactive and forward-thinking, unafraid to explore unconventional ideas.
• Solid understanding of the software development and testing life cycle.
• Experience with Java (JUnit) or Python.
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including Acceptance Test-Driven Development, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Committed to automating routine tasks.
• Experience with modern technologies such as Kafka or gRPC is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS cloud services is a plus.
• Extremely keen eye for the details.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
