Senior Software Engineer – Product Compliance

We are looking for a creative and passionate senior software developer to join our Scrum team. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic company and develop enterprise software applications that make our world more sustainable and safer.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of an agile development team to design, estimate, develop, test, and deliver commercial software products.
• Mentor and lead more junior members of the team when appropriate
• Write unit and integration tests and collaborate with QA for resolution of issues
• Collaborate with product owners and product managers to understand business requirements for user story creation and refinement.
• Provide input for project estimation, planning, timelines, and status
• Continuously expand knowledge in the technical and business domain
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as necessary.

Required Education:

• University degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.

 Required Experience:

• 5+ years of software development using various technologies, frameworks, and tools
• Experience with Windows desktop application development in .Net Framework (C#, WPF) and/or C++ (MFC)
• Experience with distributed systems and REST APIs
• Experience with database programming (SQL, Oracle)
• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum development methodologies
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
