We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Chemical Management (CM) platform. In this role, you will act as the bridge between Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development teams, ensuring customer and business needs are translated into clear product priorities and actionable requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving product strategy, and delivering solutions that create real customer value.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the Chemical Management product backlog.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Create user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development teams to define priorities.
• Partner with engineering teams on solution design, feasibility assessments, and architectural discussions.
• Review and validate delivered functionality, providing acceptance feedback.
• Support product roadmap planning and continuous product improvements.
• Contribute to strategic modernization and product re-architecture initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst within a B2B software environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and software architecture concepts.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value.

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise or on-premises software solutions.
• Experience supporting software modernization or re-architecture programs.
• Exposure to regulated, compliance-driven, or governance-focused applications.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance workflows and environments.
• Experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, and documentation.
