Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Product Development Temporary Associate to support our Generics team with day-to-day administrative and hands-on tasks, including maintaining product trackers, organizing samples, and assisting with meeting preparation.

• Maintain and update Excel trackers to ensure accurate product information and status updates

• Organize product samples and track incoming packages from factories

• Assist with meeting preparation, including gathering samples, organizing materials, and dressing mannequins

• Enter and maintain product information in the PLM system

• Provide daily administrative and organizational support to the Product Development team

• Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

• Strong follow-up skills and a proactive, hands-on approach

• Professional communication and phone etiquette

The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Pay Range

$18.00 per hour
