As a Solutions/Sales Engineer, you will be the technical expert in the sales process and the internal technical voice of prospects.
You'll be able to blend business acumen, technical knowledge, and persuasion together while dealing with novel questions, understanding the pain points of prospects, and creating a compelling solution story on the fly.
Ideal candidates will be based in Paris, France. We are open to hiring candidates elsewhere in France, however at this time we are not hiring outside of France.
About this role✨
- Developing a deep technical knowledge of our products, including their strengths, limitations, and value-drivers;
- Understanding technical requirements and translate those needs into tangible solutions;
- Partnering with Account Executives on opportunities and site visits;
- Plan, prepare, and execute tailored product demonstrations to show how the product satisfies requirements and solves problems;
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs), simulations, and sandbox exercises to demonstrate product capabilities
- Assist in answering and validating technical responses for RFPs;
- Test new features and add prospect feature requests based on opportunity size;
- Own a few ongoing implementations and small active accounts to ensure continued knowledge development and closeness to product and customers.
- Assist the PSM and current clients on tasks such as data analysis, simulations, training, data imports, QBRs and system migrations.
