Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the platforms team.You’ll join an experienced team delivering next generation products that integrate AI and Web3. You’ll be working on our AI Studio, Java / Python APIs, and microservices, enhancing existing products and incubating novel features to ensure our user experience and product capabilities are second to none. 

The US salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $150,000. In addition to your base salary, your total compensation package will include a targeted annual bonus, RSU, and benefits.

Individual base pay depends on various factors, such as the complexity and responsibility of the role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of skilled engineers to design, develop, and maintain the SxT platform and Web3 backend.

• Lead the delivery of high-quality REST APIs, backend microservices, and AI modules that power our cutting-edge applications.

• Contribute to the development of the SxT Studio frontend, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.

• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and fellow engineers to understand requirements and translate them into robust and scalable solutions.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance our technical stack.

• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior team members, and champion best development practices.

• Collaborate with blockchain experts to integrate Web3 technologies seamlessly within our platform.

• Build authentication services to authenticate API clients
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years full stack engineering deploying REST API services and showcasing proficiency in both frontend and backend development

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in building complex user interfaces using ReactJS.

• 2+ years experience as a team lead and/or manager

• Rock solid engineering fundamentals on full stack, RESTful services, and authentication mechanisms

• Experience working across languages and frameworks - Java (Spring), Python (Flask) for APIs

• Solid experience with various authentication types and building services that scale API requests 

• Experience with rapid development cycles and strong scripting and test automation knowledge
  
  

Nice to Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field. Masters or PhD a plus.

• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD, Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Passionate about Web3, blockchain, decentralization, and a base understanding of how the Web3 stack leverages APIs (web.js, Ethereum.js, GraphQL, etc) 

• Ability to engage senior business leaders and translate between the needs of the business and the demands of / capacities of technology

• React/Javascript frontend experience a strong plus
