Job Description:

Job Summary
  • Responsible for using programming languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (JS), jQuery, and Content Management System (CMS) to deliver front-end development solutions such as Websites, Microsites, Webpages, and web and mobile apps content. Design, write program code, test, document, and implement functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well-integrated application systems in accordance with Customer requirements, organizational methodologies, and standards. Responds to production problems and implements immediate resolution efforts across Marketing and Digital Experience technology areas.

Responsibilities
  • Apply knowledge and skills of software development, automation process, and testing effectively to solve a range of problems
  • Work alongside other Developers and Engineers on the team to elevate the Digital Experience and consistently apply best practices
  • Collaborate closely with Business Owners, Product Owners, and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals
  • Document each aspect of a system or application as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance
  • Determine and assess the needs of the user/business and then create technical solutions to meet the requirements
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during the design, testing, and maintenance processes using problem-solving skills
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality, technical implementations across a variety of on premise and cloud-based Service as a Software (SaaS) platforms
  • Deliver complex solutions by executing, maintaining, and optimizing specifications, standards, and programming while adhering to project timelines
  • Mentor, train and onboard other Developers and Analysts on the Team
  • Improve and expand technical capabilities by continuing their education through reading, workshops, conferences, and/or communities of practice
  • Create, deliver, and maintain Webpages, Websites, and Web properties using expert level knowledge of, including, but not limited to, HTML, CSS, JS development, testing, quality control, and deployment
  • Recommend program enhancements, optimizations, and automations across campaign workflows, communication deliverability, industry best practices & trends, testing, and the emerging Marketing Technology landscape
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of development methodologies, practices, concepts, and technologies obtained through formal training and / or work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS code standards and ability to independently troubleshoot rendering issues in a wide array of configurations, browsers, device types
  • Advanced knowledge of required programming languages: HTML, CSS, and JS
  • Advanced knowledge of web and mobile apps development best practices and passion to stay ahead of marketing trends in the channel
  • Ability to demonstrate consistent knowledge application, skills of front-end development, and testing to solve a range of problems
  • Ability to partner, communicate, and negotiate with various Technology, Marketing, Digital Experience, or Customer Experience Teams
  • Ability to analyze and manage large, complex, and vague Business or technical problems, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into viable solution recommendations
  • Ability to take on multiple assignments, whether administrative or project related, while maintaining a successful level of completion in all responsible work
  • Ability to mentor others to do the same
  • Ability to develop, present and effectively communicate ideas and strategies to a variety of audiences

Education

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

  • Advanced level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:

    • HTML5, CSS3, JS

    • Concepts, practices, and procedures within enterprise Content Management Systems such as OpenText TeamSite and Adobe Experience Manager

    • Chrome developer, jQuery, Code Repository tools

Physical Abilities

  • Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time

  • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job

  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

Other Qualifications

  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines

Pay & Benefits:

Competitive market salary from $105,550 - $117,300* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.

Echo Jobs has been exceptional in my job hunt where it provides one platform to job hunt and I don't have to open 10 websites just to look for a job. It has also helped me focus much on the job skill and the location filtering out the onsite jobs and remote ones. The only feature that I would request is to display fully remote jobs that are not restricted to a country since the one available shows ie, Remote, US yet. But if it could show remote only, that would be helpful not only to me but to other people applying for full remote and not tied to only US candidates

Simply put, it's the most up to date tech jobs aggregator I’ve found. I'm like... "I don't have to check 10+ jobs boards daily just to see if there's a new job listing? sign me up!" The filters are also quite helpful! The UI is very clean and straightforward. Love it!
