Essential Functions |
|
• |
Perform program maintenance for moderate complexity projects. |
|

Occasionally perform analysis and develop specifications on less complex projects. |
|
• |
Test applications and features to ensure work is free from defects before sending to end users for final approval. |
|
• |
Assist in providing technical support to various application systems; troubleshooting, analyzing issues and correcting problems. |
|
• |
Report to management on project status as requested. |
|
• |
Develop relationships with end users and other IT personnel. |
|
• |
Prepare and/or update documentation according to department standards. |
|
Additional Responsibilities |

• |
May provide guidance to Associate software developers. |
|
• |
Occasionally conduct meetings; prepare agenda and document meetings. Occasionally participate in training and/or presentations to end users. |

Night call may be required. |
|
• |
Additional hours may be required to meet project deadlines. |
|
• |
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. |
|
• |
Regular and predictable attendance is required. |
