The Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with top automakers to build relevant PoC and Demos in order to convince them to deploy our solutions
• Support Automoakers in integrating SoundHound’s Voice AI into vehicles.
• Act as a go-to expert on SoundHound’s Voice AI technology stack, guiding partners with your deep technical knowledge.​
• Troubleshoot: gather data, replicate/resolve/escalate issues, test solutions for timely success.​
• File detailed tickets, escalate issues to engineering, and contribute to the refinement of our products.
• Grow partnerships iteratively: add value while aligning with engineering to enhance the platform.​
• Design and implement long-term and short-term solutions to meet business goals.​
• Coordinate effectively with the engineering teams building advanced voice assistants.​
• Foster a collaborative international work environment, where integrating diverse perspectives is crucial.

What You'll Bring

• You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program management, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Your experience in software engineering includes Linux, Python, C++, ASR as well as knowledge of AI technologies.
• You have demonstrated an ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, managing complex projects in a dynamic, international environment.
