Job Description

Must have skill:

1. Strong Python proficiency
2. Deep experience with ML/AI frameworks
3. Hands-on experience with GenAI orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain)
4. Cloud deployment experience (AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI)
5. Expertise in LLMs, Agentic Flows, RAG, Embeddings, GCP

Good to have:

1. OpenShift or containerization experience
2. Open-source AI contributions or ML publications
3. Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, build, and train ML/deep learning models for business problems

Build GenAI applications: fine-tune foundation models (LLMs, CV, or NLP), RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems

Clean and optimize data (structured & unstructured) for training pipelines

Integrate AI features into products, working closely with engineers, data scientists, and PMs

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Qualifications

A Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field experience of 4 to 6 years
