PlayStation.com (PDC) is a B2C web application and has 4-million-page hits per day. The website serves as an online hub for all things related to PlayStation, including information about the latest PlayStation hardware, games, accessories, services, and blogs. From year 2020 onwards it is not just a marketing website now it is an ecommerce site. Our end users can pre order/ Buy digital versions of games and subscribe to services from PDC.

  • 8 + years of experience in implementing Web application, Web Content Management (WCM) solutions using AEM platform (AEM version: 6.5 AEM).

  • Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or breakdown technical problems
  • Design and develop robust and scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Manager
  • Implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations to deliver seamless digital experiences.
  • Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Integrate AEM with other applications such as SSO Okta, Adobe Analytics and Target
  • Optimize code and configurations for improved system efficiency.
  • Create technical documentation, including design documents, code documentation, and best practice guides.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior developers and team members.
  • Configure and set up AEM workflows, Sling mapping, Multi-site management including translation framework and analytics
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Adobe AEM platform and all of its constituent parts, including content management, commerce, digital asset management, target, analytics, etc.
  • Contribute to strategic planning meetings and provide guidance and expertise on system options, risks, and impacts.

[Primary Skills]:

  • 8+ years of experience in implementing Web application, Web Content Management (WCM) solutions using AEM platform (AEM version: 6.5 AEM).
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (v 5.6.1, 6.0 and higher) components and templates development, AEM Workflows, DAM, Java, J2EE, OSGI, Apache Felix, Apache Sling, JCR, Apache Jackrabbit, CRX, REST, Servlet, JSP.
  • Experienced on AEM administration activities like Packaging and Deployments with Maven and Jenkins, using core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix, Deployments on TarMK / MongoMK, OSGI Felix configuration, Dispatcher and CDN Caching, Release management, Performance testing etc.
  • Experience using web services (REST, APIs and JSON), React, NextJS, Javascript, Query, HTML5, and CSS3 of user-facing features.
  • Knowledge of Search engines, CDN, middleware integrations, Load Balancers.
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Experience in developing highly scalable customer facing web applications using WCMS
  • Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
