Software Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze system requirements and design in-house product solutions;

2. Collaborate on system architecture and technical specifications;

3. Develop and maintain embedded software systems;

4. Write clean, efficient code following best practices;

5. Create detailed technical documentation;

6. Perform protocol analysis for Bluetooth communication;

7. Debug and resolve complex issues in Bluetooth implementations;

8. Participate in technical discussions and design reviews;

9. Develop proof of concepts (PoC) for new products or features;

10. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

Must Have:

1. Bachelor's or above degree in Computer Science or related field with 0–3 years of professional experience

2. Strong understanding of one or more embedded systems, such as FreeRTOS or Linux

3. Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and/or Python

4. Excellent English communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)

5. Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Have:

6. Experience with Bluetooth protocols or development of Bluetooth-enabled devices

7. Knowledge of one or more deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
