Description

Responsibility:

1. Lead sub-team to ensure BAU's SLA.
2. Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and cost saving
3. Make business estimation, proposal and service promotion
4. Accountable for issue/trouble resolution
5. Responsible for new requirement analysis, design and development and ensure on-line stability.

Requirement:

1. Experience
  • Good knowledge of BAU process management.
  • Understanding of Sony Business Process(Accounting Knowledge is better).
  • Deep understading of SONY IT common infrastructure(On-Premise,AWS/Azure Cloud) and application architecture(Java/.net,etc.).
  • Depending on the request from the owner and issues within the IS, proposals can be made while considering ROI, future
    advantages, disadvantages, costs, etc. 
2. Education background(Bechelor/Master)
  • Bechelor
3. Certifications
  • PMP, ITIL, JLPT N2, CET4 etc.
4. Language skill
  • Effective communication skills in Japanese or English, both spoken and written
