Senior Principal Architect - 12+Years of experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, resilient distributed systems and data plane services.
- Drive end-to-end feature delivery from requirements through deployment and production support.
- Define and review system architecture, APIs, and data models to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Optimize networking, traffic management, and security capabilities for high-throughput environments.
- Partner across Product, Platform, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive engineering excellence and operational best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of software engineering experience in distributed systems, networking, or platform development.
- Strong expertise in system design, distributed architecture, API design, and database technologies.
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, C, or C++ with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
- Proven track record of driving end-to-end delivery of complex technical solutions.
- Deep understanding of Linux internals, networking protocols, and production-scale systems.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, architectural influence, and mentoring capabilities.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with data plane architectures, DPDK, eBPF, or high-performance packet processing.
- Expertise in load balancing, proxying, NAT, tunneling, and network security technologies.
- Experience with cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, observability, and distributed tracing.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.
