About the Role

As a Project Manager in our Implementation team, you will be responsible for running implementations of Sona’s solutions; from start to finish, ensuring delivery meets our scope commitments and timelines. 

You will work closely with customers across varying sectors to understand their business, building strong partnerships and focusing on delivery at every turn, with a core mission of delivering your portfolio of implementations within an agreed budget and timeline, while consistently keeping sight of the customer's goals and success metrics.

To excel in this role, you'll need the self-assurance and motivation to push projects through to completion, and the ability to operate in a growing, changing structure. You should be comfortable partnering with customer stakeholders at all levels alongside our Commercial, Product, and Customer functions and be experienced in running large-scale projects.

Responsibilities 

• Delivery of Sona Implementation projects within the specified timeline and on budget, to the highest level of quality.

• Acting as the primary advocate for the customer and mediating between the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

• Supporting key commercial goals such as realising Sona revenue quickly with high quality and efficient delivery, and building strong relationships between Sona and its customers to facilitate a 'land and expand' model.

• Producing project documentation and updates in line with Sona’s standard processes and driving innovation to improve our approach over time.

Requirements

We don’t have strict requirements but hopefully lots of the following apply to you: 

• Significant experience delivering large-scale software implementation projects, which have been delivered to cost, quality and timescale.

• Excellent project management skills including project management tools and techniques. Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2) is beneficial.

• Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats across a wide audience, including external individuals and organisations, senior management, and C-level.

• Ability to adopt a holistic approach to planning encompassing cost, scope and benefits in the light of resource constraints and risk.
