🏗️ The Role: Full-Stack Engineer (Back-End Leaning)
We are looking for a super-talented engineer to help us build both the front-end and back-end of our products at lightning speed. You’ll be joining the most lean, talent-dense engineering team in London.
What you’ll own:
Scale the Foundations: Architect and build the core, scalable backend foundations from the ground up to support a massive global market.
Human-Centric UI: Collaborate on the planning and iteration of our React-based front-end to ensure our complex AI systems are intuitive and widely adopted.
Product Roadmap: Partner with the founders to extract insights from customer feedback and translate them into technical reality.
Team Building: Help us set the engineering culture and play a key role in assembling a world-class technical team.

Must-Haves:
Expert Python Skills: Deep experience building robust, production-ready backend systems.
Database Mastery: Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
Full-Stack Capability: Comfortable navigating both the back-end and modern front-end frameworks.
Clear Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs.
Preferred & Nice-to-Haves:
Frontend: Experience with TypeScript and React.
Scaling: A track record of building and scaling commercial-grade software.
The Extras: Experience with WYSIWYG editor APIs (TinyMCE/CKEditor), AWS DevOps, IT Security, or AI integration.
