At Solve Intelligence, we’re building the AI-powered infrastructure for the global Intellectual Property landscape. We need a high-agency Founding RevOps/Growth Engineer to build the data-driven engine that fuels our exponential growth.
🏗️ The Role: Founding RevOps/Growth Engineer
You’ll be joining the leanest, most talent-dense engineering team in London. This isn't a traditional "marketing" or "ops" role - it is an engineering discipline. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue, building the technical systems that quantify and accelerate our 20-30% MoM growth.
What you’ll own:
Growth Infrastructure: Design and build the full-stack systems to track, analyze, and optimize the entire user journey - from first touchpoint to enterprise-wide adoption.
Product Analytics: Architect our observability stack (PostHog, Grafana, Datadog) to uncover deep insights into user behavior and AI feature performance.
Pipeline Engineering: Develop automated workflows to flag unengaged users, optimize lead routing, and build "high-signal" alerts for our GTM team.
Experimentation Engine: Rapidly deploy and measure growth experiments, from top-of-funnel acquisition hacks to in-product engagement loops.
Metric Strategy: Partner with the founders to define the north-star metrics that will guide our trajectory toward a billion-dollar valuation.
